This Large Quilt Tote Bag is made from an antique, hand-stitched quilt. The quilt fabric has been carefully washed and dried. As an antique item, it does have slight imperfections, small areas of fading, and minimal loose stitching; however, the colors on this quilt are particularly vibrant and it is in very good condition. The quilt’s fabric colors are mostly pastels, including pink, purple, blue, green, yellow, and red. The lining is a lightweight medium denim blue.

The straps and base of the bag are made of a heavy weight grain sack fabric. The inside features three deep pockets on one side.

Size

This bag is approximatey 13” wide and 5-1/2” deep across the base. The sides are approximately 14-1/2” tall and the handles have a drop of about 11”. The bag would be considered semi-structured, meaning that it has some form but is not stiff and may not stand up on its own. It has a mildly reinforced base sewn into the lining.
