Details

This hot pad is made from an antique, hand-stitched quilt. The quilt fabric has been carefully washed and dried. As an antique item, it does have slight imperfections, small areas of fading, and minimal loose stitching. The fabric colors are mostly pastels, including pinks, blues, green, and yellow. The backing and binding are made from a lightweight denim fabric.

The pot holder is constructed with a layer of quilt on the outside (including original batting and backing), a layer of Insul-Bright thermal lining, a layer of 100% cotton batting, and the backing fabric.

Size

This hot pad measures approximately 10” x 10”.
