Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with no odors or evidence of use. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Several types of goods cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products or files
- Custom Orders
- Perishable goods
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event that an item is returned and is eligible for a refund, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If sale items are returned and eligible for a refund, the refund will be based on the actual price paid by the customer, not the regular price of the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for clearance items.
Defective or Damaged Items
We will attempt to exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged and it can be confirmed that we are responsible for the defect or damage. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us by email at [email protected].
If you receive items that have been damaged in the shipping process, you should first contact the shipping carrier used to ship you product. We purchase shipping insurance for many of the orders we ship if they total over $100. Please contact us by email if you have questions regarding shipping insurance.
Unique and One-of-a-Kind Items
Many of our items are unique and/or one-of-a-kind. Other items may be available in multiple quantities that are similar, but may differ slightly in color, shade, design, or fabric selection. For items that are eligible for exchange, we will attempt to exchange them with a similar item. However, this may not always be possible.
For items eligible for refund, the refund amount will be refunded to the original purchaser in the original purchase method.
